Being that I play on a PC that only has one monitor, it became cumbersome for me to switch back to the desktop and check the official Minecraft wiki, which you may have to do often. So, I decided to look for an app. I tried several and ended up with this week's app.
The app was created by Marius Krusen and seems to be updated regularly alongside the game.
Put What Where?!
Is what I ask myself and my comrades on a normal day of Minecraft. As you probably know, one of the coolest, and most annoying, parts of Minecraft is creating items from harvested materials. It wouldn't be such a pain if they wouldn't require you to place materials in a certain position and quantity in order to create items. However, it will eventually become habit and you'll remember some of the recipes, but there's some that just won't stick. This is where CleverBook comes in.
CleverBook has nicely listed all materials, items, and blocks that can be possibly made in logical order. Also, unlike other apps that I've tried, you can search for what you're looking for. To the right is a screenshot of the "Blocks/Items" page.

The Bottom Line
The app isn't the most beautiful looking, but it's functional. Functionality alone, in this case, makes it worth the while.
***NOTE: The app also lets check some information on the server you play on, but due to some technical difficulties with our server, I was unable to test its functionality. I may update this post once it's back online.
